- It's been great being an education major at my school, the teachers are all really supportive, and we had a great program all education majors did. We went to an inner city school, and volunteered/ observed teachers for a few weeks. It was a truly great insight and I learned a lot about my possible career path.
- I've had a great experience thus far at this school as far as academics goes. Since it is such a small school, professors will get to know you and will be available for extra help if needed. I did very well in my first semester classes, and felt as though I learned a ton from many of my professors. Many of whom got very into their work and made class lectures interesting to sit through. As far as workload goes, it really depends on your major/classes. I'm good friends with science majors, and they are constantly doing work for their chem and bio classes. Whereas me, and education major, just has to deal with a good amount of readings and papers. Overall not that bad though.
- Chemistry and Biology students have a ton of work. It never ends compared to other majors.
- The professors are extremely challenging in the sciences.
- Emmanuel offers my major but the program for it isn't very developed or popular. It's hard to tell what the most popular major is at this school. *(5)
