• I'm having a good time with my classes. The teachers are very good and I have fun as well .
• The professors have been great and the biology program is very nice .
• The academics are a lot better than at Whitewater, although a lot of the professors are kind of into themselves. I have done better here at Carthage than anywhere else.
• The main reason you go to college is for academics and the main reason I want to Carthage was for its academics...enough said .
• The academics at Carthage are fairly strong. I believe that Carthage gives you a strong education and everyone who graduates from Carthage exceeds in the real world.
• Carthage's professors are very approachable and willing to aid students in anything related to the courses material. They are very easy to contact outside of class when it comes to office hours. The curriculum in most classes in very good, but some of the professors tend to overload the students with reading material. Typically class is more exciting than boring to attend.
• I am really enjoying my time here as a Graphic Design major. The program is very strong and the small class sizes make one on one interaction with the professors very simple. All of the professors are well rounded in their knowledge of the material. The majority of them also have connections off campus with potential future businesses for their students to intern and possibly work for after their studies are complete.
• I'm in the Business Administration department as a management and marketing major. All of the business professors have many years experience in the business world and you learn all about it in class. It allows them to bring in their own expertise to what they are teaching and allows you to understand the concepts better.
• In order to be hired full-time at Carthage the applicant must have a doctorate's degree or have the highest education in their field. This is beneficial to the students because then they know they're talking to experts who have been learning the subject their whole lives. There are no teaching assistants, the professors teach everything; labs, discussions, and the like. It is rare to find a class greater than 20 people, even rarer to find a professor who doesn't care about his or her students. They all offer office hours for students who need help and have questions.
• I love everything about the school except for the price. Wonderful professors, wonderful programs, there's always something to do. Also it has the most beautiful campus in the world, there's nothing like waking up to the sun rising over the lake every morning.
• I love the education so far. The professors are very professional and prove that they will help you if you need help. Overall the curriculum is fantastic especially in their business and performing arts fields.
• Great Atmosphere – Great professors, awlays avalible when needed. The lake is right on campus, great places to study and lots of fun acitivites.* (5)
