蓝茵社区技术学院（Bluegrass Community and Technical College，缩写BCTC）主校区位于肯塔基州列克星敦市（Lexington），是一所公立社区学院，成立于2005年，拥有在校学生1万3千多人。蓝茵社区技术学院也是肯塔基技术社区学院系统16个成员之一。*(1)(2)

Campus Resources: The librar is nice but we are short on computers sometimes. I haven't heard of a student center or a tutoring group either. However, the people who do work there are extremely nice.
Campus Quality: There aren't a lot of opportunities to get together in non-academic settings. I wish there were more sports-oriented groups.
Campus Quality: Nothing really sets the school apart, but this is not expected for a community college, really. Most people here are just looking to get their credits in and move on to UK
Academic Experience: I've had some great professors and I've dropped courses because of professors. Class registration and administration is awful - I applied in September yet considered a late registrant because of errors on their end.*(4)
