• Student Body: the school is somewhat diverse. different ethnic groups and social classes.
• Campus Resources: i feel like in this school in order to be student friendly you must have to put yourself out there. i do feel like just a number and there is not really must spirit to get you into activites or social groups
• Campus Resources: Pretty decent wifi on the third floor and in the library
• Campus Resources: I love the fact that the college has a workout place and a dance studio. They have a wellness center and also counselling for those in need to vent. Overall, there are a great amount of resources on campus, even child care.
• Campus Resources: There are a handful of computer labs on campus. Printing is always available for those who need printing. There is no issues with computer networking.
• Campus Resources: The books is alway high price.you paying for a book that the professor don't use all the time. While look at the projector you take notes from the bored like that's from the text book its a waste of time and frustrated coming out of your pocket to pay for books that you don't use
• Campus Resources: The athletic center is not very up to date and needs some remodeling. However the classrooms are comfortable and have what they need for a student to be succesful. The campus is not where students live but has a parking lot to make traveling to school more convientant for most students.
• Academic Experience: I'm a nursing major. As of right now i have the general education classes. The adviser's help out in choosing the right classes so that students aren't wasting their time in those courses.
• Academic Experience: This is my first year here. I just started classes,so I really haven't met any professors only one. From all the good news that I have received about Malcolm X, that's what made me chose this college. I heard that its set up to help you succeed. Failure is not what they want for you. They also advise and encourage you to take up all opportunities that's available for you.
• Academic Experience: I'm currently taking my prerequisites right now, but I chose to attend Malcolm X because I've heard good news about the nursing program. So im a nursing major. I've also heard good news about the tutors and college advisors. They are all there to help u succeed. The tutors work with you the best way possible, and the college advisors help and keep you on ur correct path into your major. They also have all type of seminars and workshops that you can attend to see if your chosen field is correct for you. Yes the workload can be a heavy one, but I don't think it will be stressful.*(4)
