- The work load is tolerable and a healthy mix of stressed and unstressed days. Tests you MUST study for and always put forth effort (no more "study the night before.")
- I am a slow test taker and many professors allow me extra time if I need it. Tutors are also always available at some point during the week if you need to ask questions and so are the professors (each one provides some form of contact information.) The professors are also constantly emailing me about homework and deadlines which really helps if you have a lot on your mind.
- Professors are always available to meet with students.
- The work load is fair, and the information is really packed into the curriculum, but it is very helpful and I learned a lot. i think I will be well prepared for graduate school when that time comes around
- The options offered are rather large, but they are more focused in specific areas, such as biological sciences and business, but there are a few other options offered as well
- In each major here there are wonder faculty that are very skilled in their fields. Most of the majors provide opportunities to have an internship or research in your fields of interest.
- There are many different opportunities to study at Roanoke. It is based off of a liberal arts education, everyone has to take classes that are not related to their majors to expand their education.
- I have only been at Roanoke College for one year, but so far I know I have learned a lot in this short time. I am confident that I will have the skills and knowledge necessary when I graduate to find a good career.
- Going into my second year at Roanoke College, I have been very satisfied so far with my education. It is possible that some of the resources in the science department are a bit outdated, but a new science complex will be built in a few years, so this problem will be more than solved.
- I have not yet begun taking classes at Roanoke College, but am excited to begin in August 2013!*(5)
