派克峰社区学院（Pikes Peak Community College，缩写PPCC）主校区位于科罗拉多州科罗拉多斯普林斯市（Colorado Springs），是一所公立社区学院，成立于1968年，拥有在校学生1万5千多人。派克峰社区学院也是科罗拉多社区学院系统的一员。*(1)(2)

• Campus Resources: THe libraries are well equipped and we have alot of resources.The athletic centers are not all that encouraging.Athletic activities are not encouraged.THere are no teams.There are alot of different clubs,which offers a wide range of variety.
• Academic Experience: I love the classes I am taking.I am in a prenursing class and i love my classes.I get to do english,biology,nutrition and psychology;which is very exciting.There are alot of job opportunities in my field of study,which is very reassuring.We go to the lab and carry out experiments that provide better understanding of the topics taught in class.
• Academic Experience: I am a business transfer student so my classes will be transferred to a university. My classes are very simple and understandable all it takes is time management and a little studying and you are good to go. I don't feel like I get really deep in accounting but once I transfer I know I will get the feel of my career more. At school now we don't really talk about our majors we just do the work.
• Overall Experience: I've had two exceptional instructors so far at this school, both PhDs. But for the most part, the instructors have been just average or below average in subject knowledge and teaching ability. I've also been unfortunate enough to have one instructor that I considered to be a bad instructor. It was his first semester teaching a class and he decided he wanted to do a hybrid "flipped" class. So the first hour was two hours of instruction crammed into one hour, then the second was more of a tutor/do your homework hour. He had no lesson plan and it was obvious he didn't know very much about the flipped classroom concept. I was very disappointed and ended up dropping the class. *(4)
