• I believe the academics at Albright are top notch. the professors are extremely intelligent and always patient or ready to assist. I love this college mainly because i am getting the quality that i paid for.
• For Psychology, we are seen as very smart and wanting to mess with the minds of others. There is a whole building dedicated to the department. For Art, many students are interested in seeing our talents at work, our creativity shines. The studios make you feel like a true artist.
• The courses are challenging, but you leave each class knowing something new and interesting.
• GRADING IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT go to Albright College if you are a Science Major. It is INSANELY DIFFICULT to get good grades as a Science Major. NONE OF THE PROFESSORS CURVE and the exams are insanely hard. If you are a arts major or business major , then this school is good for you, but if you are intending to be a science major, you can definitely look the other way.
• All my professors are pretty average. There are certainly ones I like more than others. It really depends on what interests you have. The work load hasn't been to overbearing.
• Albright is one of the personalized school I have ever heard of. You have the room to explore your major or a variety of majors without being held back from your expected graduation time. The professors give you their all. They really want you to be confident and happy in whatever field you go into so they prepare you with their absolute best.
• I came to Albright College because I wanted to be more of a face and not get lost in the shuffle and through my academics I may not be a stand-out grade wise but many professors are willing to work with you in anyway you need but you have to ask. I changed my major and it has helped a great deal because that makes you realize where your passion is and helps fuel class discussions. And for many introduction classes there are several tutors and study groups scheduled to help students do their best and succeed. But you have to ask for help in order to get help!
• I'm a Studio Art major at Albright College, and while the professors are excellent and still very active in their field, there isn't much variety in the rograms offered. The traditional painting, sculpture, and photography is offered, and both are excellent, but if you are looking for anything other than that, there aren't many options.
• Small Classrooms Allow for Lots of Discussion – All of my classes are very small (under 20 students), which allows for lots of discussion and one-on-one time with the professor. There are no large lectures or TAs.*(5)
