Campus Resources: The facilities on campus aren't bad. There's a gym and a brand-new auditorium for theatre performances and other events. Even though it's not a campus students live on, it's definitely a comfortable campus to hang out at between classes, whether you're getting coffee at the student union or catching up on some reading at the library.
Campus Resources: The small-town-feel of the college I attend expands into the classrooms. The professors really care for their students and enjoy their jobs. This makes a huge difference in your ability to learn. I love having professors who are willing to go the extra mile for their students.
Campus Resources: The great unique feature of our school is the ability to transfer to a nearby and well known four year college that accepts students from Southern Union and even seeks them out.
Campus Resources: The school maintains a quarter mile track and a two tennis courts for athletic activities that are open to the public. Both of these are a little old but they are still functional and clean.
Campus Resources: The computer network at my school is efficient and has no problem keeping up with the demands placed upon it. The computer lab is very accessible and is kept quiet for a good place to write essays. Overall the school's technology from wifi on campus to smart boards used by the teachers is functional and helps assist in learning.*(4)
