- I love UNK and the music program. Looking for somewhere to do music, UNK is the best place.
- The ratio of students to faculty is 26 to 1. You are never a number, but a person.
- I am still undecided, but I have been taking classes that where I might discover my future major. Your professors and faculty members are very helpful for those who need extra guidance in determining your major.
- Academics at UNK are very good, if you asked me. the professors here seem to know what they're talking about and are able to answer majority of the students questions.
- Most everything is located in this school, except any culinary major or class. Some professors are much much better then others, while others just ramble on and dont help the students, like Michner.
- Industrial Distribution – Our school is rated in the top 10 in the Nation for the Industrial Distribution Program. 97 % of the students have jobs upon graduation. They have several good job fairs at the school which are attended by large reputable companies looking to hire. The junior summer there is a paid internship and I feel very fortunate that I attend UNK for this career choice.
- Workload was fine; registration is easy; study areas are good.
- I came to University of Nebraska at Kearney on short notice. I registered one month before classes started. I was nervous going into college, but everyone on campus made me fell extremely welcome and they were glad to help me register in such a hurry. Most of my professors have been really nice and very helpful. I have almost always felt welcome to ask questions. I think the workload is reasonable. I have only had a few assignments that I wondered what the point of it was. One downside is the parking situation. I wish they had better parking. Overall though, I am happy I chose UNK.* (4)
