• Academic Experience: I'm a Respiratory Care major. I love that they only have one class a year. After one class finishes with the classwork and moves on the clinicals is when they bring in a new class of students. The classes are small so there is a lot of one on one interaction and there is a set number of the classes to take each semester. I like that so you can really only focus on those specific major classes unless you choose to add other non-major related courses. The workload is reasonable considering we only have class two days out of the week which gives us time to do homework and study.
• Student Body: I believe that Mid-South Community College has a very diverse student body. There are people of many ages and ethnicities. I take class with people who are younger than me as well as people who are grandparents. Their political and religious beliefs are of a wide range. They accept many people and try to make the student life as wonderful as possible. They are always advertising student giveaways as well as programs of study and many other things.
• Academic Experience: I believe that the Academic Experience is great at MSCC. They offered more classes than I knew of before. The class registration process seems very easy to me. Just a step by step process. I've never felt as if the workload was too much. I like how helpful the administration is whenever you have a question. I've never had a problem that they couldn't help fix. They don't have many student activities but I believe that they are trying to bring in more organizations.
• Campus Quality: My school is very student-oriented. It has many programs to enable students to become more successful in their academics.*(4)
