杜兰大学并没有医学预科（Pre-medicine），不知你从何处得来这资料。
我被Tulane大学录取了Pre-Medical。
纽约大学医学博士（MD）项目不招收国际学生，仅限美国公民和永久居民申请；杜兰大学MD项目招收国际学生。所以你的女儿只能选择读杜兰大学。
纽约大学原文用的：“ In view of the large number of applications to the School and the difficulties involved in the application procedure for students abroad, foreign candidates are not encouraged to apply if they are not permanent residents of the United States”.也不是说一定不可以申请，但这个“not encouraged”其实说明机会已经很渺茫了
