请问如果 

are you an international student?

Answer "yes" if you will need a student visa to enter the US; or if you currently have a non-immigrant visa type, such as F, J, H, L, O, etc. US citizens, permanent residents, refugees, asylum seekers and undocumented immigrants: answer "no."

@lotus　你当然answer Yes啊。第二个，它是说，你是不是需要有签证（F、J等等类型的签证）才能进入美国。然后由特别告诉你，如果你是美国公民、永久居民、难民、寻求政治庇护者，那你就回答“Yes”,你显然都不是啊，你是国际学生，你只能回答“Yes"。
