雪城大学艺术与设计系设于雪城大学视觉与表演艺术学院（College of Visual and Performing Arts）下。

雪城大学艺术系（School of Art）坐落在主校区的Dorothea Ilgen Shaffer艺术教学楼（Dorothea Ilgen Shaffer Art Building）和史密斯厅（Smith Hall）以及靠近南校区康斯托克大道（Comstock Avenue）的康斯托克艺术群。Shaffer艺术教学楼开设的项目有插画和绘画。还包括跨媒体系、音乐学院的爵士研究、雪城大学艺术画廊等。教学楼里设置了容纳60人的演讲大厅和300人的礼堂。史密斯大厅的设施主要提供的是大一本科预科项目，包括绘画工作室、二维创意工艺、立体艺术和时间艺术。康斯托克艺术群也是著名的康斯托克艺术，是艺术教育、陶瓷艺术、珠宝设计与金属、版画和雕刻艺术的所在。*(1)

• 语言要求：TOEFL总分要求不低于90分，协同设计硕士项目要求不低于100分；IELTS总分要求不低于6.5分，协同设计硕士项目要求不低7.0分；二者均无单项分数要求。语言成绩未达到学校要求的学生可获得语言条件录取offer，入学后需参加语言课程培训（English Language Institute (ELI)）*(7)(8)
