- Hard to get classes, difficult to graduate in 4 yrs.
- Happy with my major & professors.
- I am the individual who has tried to be almost all majors possible. It is difficult to get classes in most majors since many are impacted, but that is similar to most CSU's. You will most likely graduate in 5 years, unless you take Winter/Summer intersessions. You have your mix of good and bad professors, but most professors I have had have been easy-going and approachable--easily obtainable during office hours. Of course, you have bad professors who are hard to get a hold of, but I haven't had too many professors that do that, and since it is a small school getting to know your professor is easy. Workload is definitely dependent on major ie. Biology has large workload, Communications is fairly easy.
- I wish there was a larger selection of majors to choose from. The local Junior College has a larger selection of majors, but Sonoma State is smaller in student capacity. From my four years going to go onto five, registration has changed and has been weird and difficult, now it seems to have stabilized into a more consistent format. Study areas depend on the time of year. 24-hour lab, open 24 hours school year round, library has 3-floors, quiet floor on top with study rooms, new Student Center has a lobby area and fireplace with many rooms available.
