Academic Experience: The staff helped me decide what I want to do with my career and helped show me different aspects of choices I could choose form.
Academic Experience: They did not have a great variety of courses to take, but classes that you received were pretty much guaranteed to help you in the long run.
Campus Resources: People are not very understanding of others, gossip a lot, and are very judgmental. I try to help others realize that and open up more, but it did not really see through to them.
Campus Resources: There is only one computer lab and that's in the library. The wifi works well for the most part except for in the science building where the connection is slow. Wifi is available in all of the buildings so you're never disconnected. The printing is fairly cheap, but make sure that you are printing your own stuff.
Academic Experience: There are experienced music recording technicians. A lot of the work is very hands on and easy to learn. You're given a lot of information but they make it easy to remember everything. The workload for me personally is a lot, but I like it that way, I have something to work towards and love what I'm studying. The two main recording tech professors own and work at a recording studio in Grand Rapids.
Campus Resources: Printing is easy, and affordable .10 per copy. Easy access to the blackboard and wireless, the computer labs are never full and the tutors are knowledgeable or will find the answer.*(4)
