• Declaration of Finance Form (pdf)
• Certificate of Bank Deposits or Scholarship Letter
• Official Transcripts*
• Official Graduation Certificate or Letter Stating Expected Graduation Date*
• $110 Processing Fee (cashier's check or money order)*(1)

1.Conditional admission applications are accepted year-round. There is no deadline and students can apply for conditional admission anytime.

2. Please note that acceptance to the conditional admissions program does not guaranteeacceptance to a degree program at the university-- students who are accepted to the conditional admissions program must submit a second application to a degree program upon achieving the minimum TOEFL or IELTS score required.

所以，这个学校双录取是要单独申请的，而且随时都可以申请，没有截止日期。你想申请双录取，也就只要交一次双录取的申请就可以，就是说，也是只需要申请一次。
